Otoplasty is often combined with other procedures such as rhinoplasty or breast augmentation and liposuction. Typically Otoplasty is performed in 2-3 hours and can be done under local with sedation. The procedure creates a more balanced ear through reducing an over grown cartilage and creating some ear folds. Most people are back to work after a couple of days.
